Running in Guanajuato, Mexico? (Read 244 times)

I'm going to be spending six weeks this summer in Guanajuato, Mexico, working on a Masters degree.  Of course, I want to use this as an opportunity to explore a new part of the world through running.  I won't have a car and, so, will be doing most of my running in the city and into the surrounding mountains.  Has anyone been there and done any running?
