Running shorts with built in "support." (Read 1186 times)

HermosaBoy

Do you supplment them with additional "support" or run with just the built in support?

I find that additional support is needed (usually compression shorts), but others think that the built in liners are enough.

    Thoughts?

I like the shorts with built-in compression liner.  No additional "support" is needed.

Dicks Sports (heh) are selling the Nike 2 in1 version with built in compression shorts for $25. They look a little warm for me.
