What is commonly agreed to as the minimum mileage to qualify as a "high mileage runner"?

My mistake. I checked your log and not your calendar. You are running on a very consistent bases. You definitely do not want to over do it and have your back to go out. I know that all to well. WTG!
Very true. In this case, the back spasm I had was in mid/upper back area and was caused by my moving a refrigerator. It made deep breathing a bit difficult. A couple of visits to the chiropractor put things back where they belonged enough for me to run again. Another tweak is probably needed, but it doesn't keep me from running. Thanks.
