Congrats on doing something most people won't - sticking to a running program.
I'm confused about the inevitable jokes. Have there been spaghetti jokes posted here in the past? |

2008 goals:
1) run a fall marathon (Indy)
2) stay injury free
3) PR 5K, 10K, HM & M
4) get my kids to start running with me

No, I threw that in today for the hell of it. It's sort of a spin off the the "Special Ed" reference in Globule's post about what does RA sound like.
Special Ed was this muppet on Crankyankers that used to say "hey lady, do you like basghetti?"
I wasn't sure anyone would pick up on it, and I am not sure anyone did.
