Hey welcome back Jeff. I'm all for offering up my opinions on training and my $.02 (which is about what it's worth most of the time) but not sure if I'm really qualified to coach anybody. Most of the time I'm just trying not to wind up injured or divorced myself. I think of myself as more of an online running psychologist. "And when your arms and legs were swimming in a pool of lactic acid, how did that make you FEEL?"

Mike, I think a psychologist would be of GREAT help. Besides, it's advice. We're not getting paid......
