added cross training summary on summary page (Read 1406 times)

Hi everyone, I just added cross training summary. It is located right below the run distance graph on the summary page. It is displayed only if you have cross training data. I'm still not too happy with how it looks, but it's better than not having one. Let me know if you know how to make it look better, or if something doesn't look right. eric
