Forums >General Running>early morning sick?
I am fine running any time during the day, but it seems that my early AM post nasal drip makes me gag and sick on the 6 AM runs. Anyone have an idea why?

Try a neti pot before your run.
Or have a baby. Either one.
Are you eating or drinking anything before your early run? Sometimes certain things on an empty stomach can cause nausea.
