How to import excel data (Read 497 times)

running00

I keep my running log on an excel spreadsheet, but I 'd like to start to keep it on runningahead. I am wondering how I could import my old data from excel spreadsheet?

Thank you for your advice in advance.

(note: I don't work for RunningAHEAD or anything ... I'm just another user)

You need to transform it into the format specified here: http://www.runningahead.com/help/custom_csv

I'm not much of a microsoftie, but I think that if your log is setup with each run as a line-item, you can just get that template, and copy and paste the relevant fields in.

I wrote a perl script to do it, but it's such that it will only work for the format that I had (dailymile export).

      CyclingAHEAD until 2012
