I've lost my body buzz (Read 777 times)

    I've been missing something lately, and finally figured it out. I no longer get a body buzz from running 5 or 6 miles. You know, that "feeling" you get a few hours after you're done. I know what the answer is, do more miles. But, I really don't have the time. Maybe I need to start concentrating on speed work, or something. I miss the buzz!

        Do doubles 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. The buz will return.

          Wow , doubles? That's an idea. I just don't see it happening. As for smoking, I actually used to run as a smoker in my early 20ties. How weird is that?
