I've had the Nike Elite HRM SDM system for a couple of years now. It seems as though ever since I upgraded computers a few months back, it will no longer 'read' my watch. Nike sent some updated software but still no luck. Someone mentioned that the USB ports may need an amplifier? Also, the rubber seal that is part of the watch and goes around the battery compartment is coming loose so I'm concerend about using it in the rain or even when I may get really sweaty. Does anyone know where I may be able to get it repaired? Thanks in advance for the help!!

Go to www.niketiming.com You'll find a form you can fill out to send the watch in for repairs. I've had my watch band replaced twice. The company that does it is very responsive and helpful.
