Yesterday I noticed that my bar graft on my training summery page looked weird.

I've been on a new training schedule lately. Im not due for a back to back run for a few weeks...

Yeah, same here. My PT gave me express orders NOT to run two days in a row. He might be a little irritated if I told him I did so just in order to make my summary graph look better!

Ya Im coming off a knee injury. Im not gonna push it just to make my graph look better. But it still bugs me...
