Need A Workout Plan (Read 430 times)

Previous Cool Running member here! I desperately miss the customized running workouts I could get on Cool Running's website. Does anyone know where I can get something similar? I liked being able to have it calcualte a workout for the marathon for intermeidate and advanced runs. That workout they had got me in my best shape ever! Then I fell off the wagon and stopped running for a couple of months. Now it's a New Year and I want to get back into it seriously again. I've looked everywhere. The active.com website has pay plans. Any advice? Thanks! Tracey

That's the one! Thanks much! I think I was just getting too tired and frustrated because I was on that page earlier and just didn't scroll down far enough! Now, I would love to find another plan similar to this one that covers Ultras!
