upload from gps taking more time?

I've noticed the past few days, upload from GPS seems to be taking longer to be ready at the server. Is there something unusual going on? Or is it just my account? Today it took a minute or two, and normally it's practically instantaneous.

I think the problem was the importer process became out of sync with the web server. I rebooted the servers which should get them back into sync again. Please let me know whether the problem is fixed.
