I realized this *after* I placed my latest order (which I need tomorrow). Free shipping is now 4-5 standard business days. Their value proposition has just plummeted, IMO.

When did they offer free overnight shipping? Confused

They don't do the price matching thing these days. The only real benefit I see to Zappos is their selection. It's HUGE. I've only purchased belts and shoes from them so far and been a satisfied customer.

I'm a HUGE fan of onlineshoes.com. Free shipping, returns for 90 days for ANY reason--no questions asked, good prices, nice sales, ginormous selection.

Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
