Thursday’s running log (Read 656 times)

    Ok I'm posting this on the night before Thursday. Just getting a head start. Any miles?
    Join me on a run.
      I am about to go do Wednesday Run!

        No running for me today. My legs need a rest after three days of running and two games of soccer (Mon and then last night). Tomorrow I'll do an easy 3-5. I'm running Broad Street on Sunday (10 miles), so I'll want "fresh legs" for that.

              We'll see how far my legs wanna go today. Will be running with my poor sick dh. Hopefully he's up to running with me! Well we did the same run I did yesterday. Felt great! Dh hung in like a champ!

                Did an easy 3. Looking forward to the weekend's long run. I hope to do 7 miles which will be the longest I've run since my ankle sprain. Hopefully I can get out early enough that the Memphis humidity isn't too much of a factor!
