I just uploaded my running log from excel spreadsheet to runningahead.com, however the data is incorrect and I will need delete all the workout. Is there any way that I could delete them all at once? Or will I have to delete one by one?

Since all your workouts are still in the import area, you can click the "Delete All" button at the bottom of the page to remove them all.
