On celery or a high fiber tortilla is good, too.

That's just silly!  Isn't that why we run, so we can eat REAL chocolate?  It is for me!

But I haven't been running much lately. And for me, low carb chocolate is still chocolate, I just get to eat more of it. Big grin

Not running at all per doc's orders, but still not eating SF candy.  Stealth, does that stuff not wreak utter gastric Hell on you?  Sugar alcohols (sorbitol, matlitol, mannitol are the worst) destroy me.  I've heard if a person doesn't have side-effects that it may mean their body is digesting the SAs as if they were sugar...negating the reason to eat them in the first place.

When I did Adkins several years ago, I had issues with sugar free candy. Now, it isn't bothering me.

As long as I'm losing, I won't worry about it.

For Christmas, my sister got my mom a little googaw that is supposed to keep brown sugar from drying out.  Looked like it was made of some kind of clay, you soak it for 15 minutes, pat it dry, and put it in the bag.  Obviously way too early to tell if it works.

...and I too have all but given up controlling my caloric intake over the past week.  Still running or getting some kind of exercise every day, but man, I'm going to have to clamp it back down after we get back.
