Well after a stress fracture,
Starting grad school at 33,
Having a existental crisis,
Adjusting to new meds,
Not running for almost the entire year, blah, blah, blah
It's time to get back on the horse with a new handle and a fresh start.
Diamond J is dead. Long live Mighty JC...

Diamond J seemed to be doing pretty well last I saw but hey, whatever motivates you. Whatever else is going on, I hope it is productive.
Grad school is a wonderful environment to train. Hit it.
2013 goals: Kick some arse. Moreso than 2012.

And you will not be the only person in grad school who's over 30. Or even the only runner in grad school who's over 30.
Good luck and enjoy.
I'd been looking for your training log to stalk, but never found it. Now I know why!
Good luck with grad school, training, and the rest.
