Multiple equipment for one workout. (Read 652 times)

We've Got Big Hills

Hey, I'm lame.  A badge of honor.

I do like the idea of multiple tags for a workout type (trail + race, for example).  Tags versus single selections would also potentially work for equipment or bras.

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

    Poor baby

Yeah, the trail + race would be good.  I will never PR in a 5k trail race as a "race" workout category.

        I'd use race+trail also.

Someday I might even use race+dumbhillymonkeytrail

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Hmp. I'm disappointed. Didn't know that.

I'll look into adding support for this, but it'll probably be part of the workout editor overhaul.

One day I decided I wanted to become a runner, so I did.

(You can google and be sent to http://www.yaktrax.com/ -- or I can tell you, it seems like a shoewear analog of chains on tires.)

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                    No offense.

                      analog shoes?

My shoes are digital.  I mean, they are either on or they are off.

                      Ok then.

                      Hi Perry.

                      Ultima tastes like failure.

re: Analog/Digital Divide, esp in the affairs of shoedom

Mine have a lot more states. Usually I cycle through all the intermediate states between on and off very quickly at the donning or doffing phase, but with this swollen ankle thing, I'm spending more time in some of the in-between states -- esp the ones involving the left shoe being partially on.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

My shoes aren't digital, but my feet are.  I suppose Vibram Five Fingers are though.
Current goal: an Olympic distance triathlon. Did two of them! New goal: a half-ironman??

                          Do not attempt.

This would be nice. I run a lap, change shoes (or take them off) and run another.

I know, I know, I could have reset the watch but I just hit the lap button.

The ability to split a workout into two or more workouts would be nice. Say you change equipment partway through. Or run an "easy" run then tack on a hill workout or intervals at the end. Or is there already a way to do this?
