I listen to podcasts on almost all my runs. I like the "This American Life" podcasts as well as the Radio Lab ones. I learn a ton of stuff from them. I've also started trying to train my ear to learn some French so I've been d/ling all these teach yourself French podcasts. It's only been a week for that but it's amazing what the brain will pick up if you keep listening to the same thing over and over again.
