This wasn't on the ground, but it was weird....
Sunday morning I was about a mile into my run when I started getting dive-bombed by crop dusters. Yes, plural. I actually slowed down and almost stopped at one point because this dude was flying low across the field right towards me. Not that I was scared but it was certainly interesting for a Sunday morning.

I've also caught a hot air balloon landing. That was much less noisy than the crop dusters.
