Trail Running - who does it? (Read 948 times)

I did two trail races last year and really liked them. I just did a 5 mile trail race last weekend and had a blast. This spring I'm planning to do at least one trail run each week while I'm training for a marathon. I'm also thinking about making it a trail marathon. Teresa
