i just switched from a garmin 305 to a 410. i'm not very computer savy, but i cannot figure out how to upload my runs from my 410 to runningahead.com

Did you install the Ant Agent? The 305 doesn't use the Ant Agent but the 410 does.
Yes, i installed the ANT agent. which puts it on the garmin website... but won't connect to runningahead.com for some reason.
Could you go to the import page, and try to upload your data? When you deemed that it has failed, click on the black triangle on the importer's status bar to expand the debug console. Type a brief message in the text box click send so I can see what happened. Thanks!
