Thank you Bob! I would have been here (race record) in 2006 had the back problem not taken me down for 3 months. I rode the bicycle all of June, July, and August of '06, started re-training in September with 49 total miles, and worked up to the BQ at Tampa in Feb '07. It's been steady improvement ever since.
Sometimes it doesn't matter where the train is going, just that you get on.
