      Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to install the third replacement console on my 3rd machine in 7 years.

        The somersaulter was pretty neat.

        It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                I hang on to the handles because the tread doesn't move unless I do. When I first bought it, it didn't work, so I started using it as a manual treadmill, running against resistance. Now I only use it when the weather is too bad to go outside (meaning last December -- the weather didn't get better but I decided that I would run outside anyway.)
