I've got a fever...
The lead singer does the usual guidance through each interval, and he also pops up here and there to give a little extra motivation, which is nice. Not to mention, the music is pretty kickin'.
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
When they do these things, does the music get all relaxing, or softer or something during the rest intervals? Reminds me of an idea I had a while ago -- interval playlist. Have rocking songs of appropriate length during the hard intervals, interspersed with Enya during the recoveries. You could do the workout purely based on the tunes instead of setting your watch.
