My longest was 7.5 last month but I haven't the slightest idea of how long it took me.. On long runs, I leave the watch at home and go out of my way to not look at the clock casue I dont want to know......as soon as I know this, I start competing with myself and stop running based on how I feel......

My favorite runs were my Wed track sessions with a coach and running club....cause this is when I make progress and find out how I am doing (the only bad part is that I am usaully the slowest in the club, but that's good for the motivation - last evening we ran 800's and I didnt come in last...second to the last....MAKING PROGRESS)..... Smile Big grin Wink
Goals: Weight goal 140 (currently 147) - but down from 165

5K in less then 27:00 ( Ran my last 5k in 27:00 FLAT, which was a MAJOR disappointment - Now I'm working very hard to improve this 5K time)

I guess I saved the best for last....

Longest run was on the 31st, ~14.5 miles.

Favorite run was the same one. I decided to try out a canal towpath that I had never run. It was mostly cinder path, and almost all shade. Felt so good that it turned into a fast finish long run ... ran the last 3 miles at close to HM pace.

Wish I could bottle days like that.
The glass is half full.

My longest run was 18 miles in 2:43. This was also a close second for my favourite run because I went out sore, tired, and nervous about being able to complete it, but ended up having a wonderful run.

My favourite run was a 6 miler along the harbor and beach. It was a beautiful day, sunny with a nice lake breeze, and was one of those runs where you feel like you could keep going forever. Absolutely perfect.
