8K under 37:30 (in 2011)

Complete Marathon
I'm going to be going for a PR at 5 miles at this race. My goal time is 37:30. Not blazing speed, but faster than I've ever run this event by a couple minutes. So far I've been able to follow my training consistently. The one factor I won't know about until race day is the weather.

True...I've been fortunate in the past. I've run this race maybe 4 times before and each time there was no snow and temperatures were usually between 30-35 F. However, I've never tried to run it "for time"...normally just running it with friends to help justify a big Turkey dinner.
