Me running 5 miles in a sauna suite today, Im cooked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst way ever to lose 3 lbs in 50 minutes! I have never sweated so much in my life. It was sunnny and about 70, the first 2 miles were great, and then the flood gates opened! I know I left a trail of sweat the next 3 miles.

Well, thats a good question. I got it to use in the gym this winter and wanted to give it a test run, after today it will not be seen again until the snow hits the ground.
