Run 1,100 miles
Set PRs in all distances:
marathon: 4:22:00 (10:00 pace)
10 miles: 1:30:00 (9:00 pace)
x -- 10K: 52:42 (8:30 pace) -- 6/15/08: 48:56
5 miles: 42:30 (8:30 pace)
x -- 5K: 25:35 (8:15 pace) -- 2/9/08: 24:23
1 mile: 7:00
