Happy New Year everyone! I know I'm looking forward to a great year of running in 2008. In the user groups we have the "ex smokers support" group for those of you that have quit smoking or are thinking about quitting. I know there will be alot of new resolutions to quit so maybe we can help. Good luck and have a safe, healthy, happy New Year!
