When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
I guess the purchase of this watch wasn't a total waste--I couldn't do laps with my previous watch and I really want to be able to start looking at my pace each mile during races.

So all of this is to avoid having to hit the "lap" button manually during the workout?
