Anyone else find that regular running made sitting at a desk all day become nearly impossible. I have been getting so restless and feel weird just sitting around. I am always antsy to get up and do something.
When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

I spend all day reading about running, or talking about running. I SHOULD be doing my job, but I don't.
Yes, I do "run in this." So should you. The weather is never as bad as it seems from behind your office or car window.

I don't have to go to work but I am here at my desk throughout the day grading papers, helping with homework, surfing the net and posting on forumsdoing other important stuff. I sit on an exercise ball. It's great for spontaneous stretching, balancing and other bouncy fun. Chairs are boring! One thing I like to do is balance on the ball while on both knees...no hands. I've gotten pretty good.
