I have had a pretty good month! (Read 575 times)

    So far this month-

My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary.

My son graduated from honours math with straight A's, was accepted by all four universities he applied to for graduate studies and offered good academic scholarships by all.

My duaghter and son-in-law had their third child, my third grandson, and sent us pictures by email. (They live in Zimbabwe, where I was brought up.)

If I wasn't having to look for a new job life would be great!

    PBs since age 60:  5k- 24:36, 10k - 47:17. Half Marathon- 1:42:41.

                                        10 miles (unofficial) 1:16:44.

    an amazing likeness

"Happiness is not a constant state that one hunts down, tackles to the ground, and possesses. You never achieve happiness; you just experience happy moments."

Sounds like you're having one of those happy moments.  Good on ya.

Oh, you left off being Canadian from your list...you should add it.

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

Hope your great luck carries over to your job search Simon, strike while the iron is hot.
