        Those are the people I emulate.  I'd love to be a fraction that awesome.  I wish I'd known about cyclocross 20 years ago....

          I like this. I've recently had some life changing experiences that have forced me to "reassess" my values and I am currently seraching for "role models". For years I've been a lifter, but since my injury/surgery I've found a new love in running. Not to hijack your thread Z-Z, but the most profound change came from some "bad things" that happened to my wife and I seek guidance from Gandhi, Lama, Jesus, King...guys like that. I can appreciate feats of physical stamina/endurance, but my paradigm is changing as I become more of a runner than a lifter...Sorry, it's late...I'm tired. I'll shut up now, but I admire your conviction. Smile
