Decker Challenge 09/12

    >snip<

Yeah, I know the moral is that I should run fast enough to BE the lead runner, where I wouldn't have been in danger.

Can't resist - or be like me and be behind almost all the other runners - back of the pack is safer!

2013 goals: keep on running! Is there anything more than that?

Finish halves, 3M Half 1/13 and probably Decker Challenge in Dec

      I hate and despise lawyers.

97% of them give the rest a bad name.

        [blather]

          Joggers suck.

          Runners run.

            Joggers suck.

Don't even get me started.  Try walkers that are walking in the running lane on a 150m track while I attempt to do a tempo run.

Anyway, I didn't read the article, but isn't there a guide that helps these runners so they don't run into things?

There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.

Back beat, the word was on the street
That the fire in your heart is out
I'm sure you've heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt
