Today, I received a medal in a 4 mile multi-surface race for being first in my age division! Luckily, all the fast runners in my age were in the master's class (past track athletes)! My pace setter, who also got first for his division, was a 40 years older than me. Next month, I am going to push for completion of a HM.

| Awesome! Well Done! You certainly should be proud! |

Great job! And don't apologize for masters division stuff or whatever. A medal is a medal! You earned it! |
