HAH. It is common here. I've lived a lot of places and this is the worst for having 3 and 4 car garages with no cars in them and then 5 cars parked in the driveway.
Common here too, except I think the garages are full of cars as well.

Around here most of them are in the yard up on blocks because the garage is full of meth lab.

I think around here the primary things filling 3rd and 4th stalls are boats and/or lawn/garden equipment. Our 3rd stall is full of bikes, lawnmower, and snowblower. Several power-boats in our 'hood.
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
