Miserable winter in England (Read 984 times)

I know this thread may have reached a natural conclusion but I just wanted to empathise further. The temp has dropped quite a lot in the last week or 2 and I can literally feel my muscles groaning! Running in the morning is great in the winter but I find that I don't really have the time and it makes me tired during the afternoon. Although I may try and "suck up and go" a bit more often(!) as it is beautiful on a crisp clear morning. What I do is run home from work. That way you don't end up getting in and eating too late and you don't have a chance to lose any motivation (and you get to avoid the glories of public transport). I think if I went home (1hrs commute) and went in to my warm cosy flat, i'd struggle to leave again!
