Can I edit my log in Excel and then import it back into RA? (Read 652 times)

First I'd like to say great job on the site and the log. I came over from CR and have been quite pleased so far. I had about 8 years of running log stuff in my CR log and successfully imported all of it into RA. A lot of the early stuff is just plain crappy data and I'd like to clean up my log (run types, courses, etc.). So my question is: can I download my log to Excel, clean up the data and re-import it back into RA? And if I do, will it override any existing data in the log (which is my goal)?
