Importing data from mapmyrun.com??? (Read 704 times)

I know that it's probably been asked before, but how could I import runs logged on mapmyrun.com captured through the iphone application?

    Thanks,
    Brian

      Can you export from MMR?

        what's MMR?

        MTA... duh... maymyrun...

No, that's part of the problem.  Don't know how to export from there.

Can't import here unless you can first export from there, I'd think.  You should ask MMR folks whether they have an export tool.

            seems right...  sounds very logical.

I'm guessing that somebody within this community has either found success, or know that it's impossible through their attempts.

I may send out a request to mapmyrun today.

(I'm trying to convert my wife to logging data and using RA, but she has her iphone application that tracks her stuff, and she wants me to find a solution to that before she becomes a full fledged RA fan).

I don't know what the current policy is with MMR, but before they revamped the site, you need a premium account to download your data.  That sounds like extortion to me, or they're very good business people.  I am good at neither.
