I'm having the same issue, and it seems to happen every winter. Not sure If I'm drinking less water when I run because it is cooler or if it has to do with dry air and the heater running.

I just had a physical and my sugar was fine. And I actually had it checked one other time due to the persistent thirst. I don't take any type of allergy med on a regular basis, but the last time I took Zyrtec I felt like drinking a 5 gallon bucket of water! I'll just throw a few Gatorades in with the water intake for the next couple days. Thanks for the input!
I don't half-ass anything
"I have several close friends who have run marathons, a word that is actually derived from two Swahili words: mara, which means 'to die a horrible death' and thon, which means 'for a stupid T-shirt.' Look it up." - Celia Rivenbark, You Can't Drink All Day if You Don't Start in the Morning
chia seeds are really good at retaining water, they help slow down the process by which your body consumes h2o.
