Sam Adams Light is one of the better ones. (But really, I'd rather find some way to burn 50 additional calories and have a good beer.)

Yes SAL is what I would choose as the best.
In terms of a trade-off from the leaded version, I really can't tell the difference between Corona and Corona Light (I enjoy both in the right mood).

If you are looking to hydrate after a run I know Coors light works pretty well.
I would say that most lite beers taste pretty similar and calorie wise Michelob ultra is like 60 calories. But guinness only has 130 calories in it and is the best you are going to do for a "low calorie" beer. Miller lite has about 90 with bud light being the same. I think Sam adams light is about the same as guinness too, but doesn't taste as good. I'm speaking of all of these in 12 oz servings.
