The King of Beasts
Congrats, Ennay. Coincidentally, I was going to start this same thread, as I made it to 70 this week for the first time as well. I tip my running cap to those of you who can do this regularly, as it's not an easy thing to achieve. I just hope these miles pay off next Saturday in my goal half.

trust me. miles pay off in the half marathon .

"I don't see much sense in that," said Rabbit. "No," said Pooh humbly, "there isn't. But there was going to be when I began it. It's just that something happened to it along the way."”

Awesome Lap! I bet it will make a big difference.
Pammie - next week will in all likelihood be less because we leave for spring break vacation on Sunday and squeezing in much of a run before we leave will be tough. Plus there is that whole adjusting for time change thing which really affects me. I wasnt really aiming for 70 this week until I realized I was going to be there. This was a totally weird week where most run lengths were determined partially by factors out of my control.
Pam - Well I doubt I'm quite to the never go back stage yet. But I know what you mean. I remembered being awed by 40 and now I get to the end of a 40 mile week and whine to dh about how "I hardly ran at ALL this week"
