Proform PFTL99909 Crosswalk 590LT Treadmill Question (Read 54 times)

    Heya Cool Running Peeps,

Is there a way to set my ProForm PFTL99909 Crosswalk 590LT Treadmill to run for a set amount of miles?

I'd like to set it for 6,7,8 or more miles each time I jog/run.

I'm having trouble finding out how to do this on my manual and ProForm hasn't gotten back to me if or how to do it.

    Thanks in advance,

    Matt

When the treadmill odometer reaches the miles you want to run, why don't you just hit "Stop"?

I use a variation of this technique.  Once I reach the number of miles I wanted to run, I slow the speed down to a walk and walk for a couple of minutes until my heart rate slows down and then I hit stop.
