Finally beat January (Read 480 times)


Certainly Something...

    At the end of January, I managed to muck my knee up and I've been running really careful since. Also I've started playing ultimate frisbee 2 weeks after that. So I've been taking running slow since I go out every Sunday and run around till I about kill myself in Ultimate frisbee. Plus I went through two shoe changes, and I'm ramping back up with some Vibrams. April showdown time! (Guess I'll put some more miles on march tomorrow to close it out.) 365 miles for the year, here I come!
