One half marathon in <1:39:59
Gold Coast marathonJuly 6 2008 in 3:29:59 (ambitious)
Maintain 3-4 runs a week - even in winter
Run 2,000km in 2008 (significant increase)

Welcome and now you are making me want to run faster. You're going to do just fine here! I'm in my 40's about to turn 50 and I am starting to get faster....and I am definitely more patient with myself than when I was 20 something |
