Can you wear racing flats on a normal run? (Read 1554 times)

    I clicked on the racing thread

    and wound up in the verse thread

    something is wrong

    It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

      I wear NB 890's and NB 1400/1420 which is the flat version.  Both are super light and i get them for about $60 (due to running on a local racing team).  They are on sale at eastbay.com at the moment which is where i get most of my running clothes.  FYI Eastbay brand running shorts and tops are super cheap, durable, and comfy.

          The only problem with wearing racing shoes in normal run is price, otherwise there is no other problem to wear it is in normal run.
