You'd think the answer to this question is "duh" ... except that I still run into people who think the only way to lose weight is to cut back dramatically on their portions of meat, bread and soda without adding fruits, vegetables or other fiber sources. And then they wonder why they get so hungry on their new diet. Roll eyes

So does that mean that to gain or maintain weight you need to eat fewer fruits and vegs? Wink
