Easy run in the morning; 23 degrees and sunny. Pulled something in my back getting out of my sweatpants after the run. Now I can't run for the rest of the week, at least. Was someone trying to tell me something?
Hope you all had a good one. |

It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.

| I did an 8+ miler up to a castle (2300 feet elevation gain) before lunch - it was a lot of fun. I got as low as 4:13 pace a few times on the run back down from the castle. |
